1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cheese tortellini
1 small bag fresh baby spinach
2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes, un-drained
2 cans chicken broth
1 block cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb. Italian sausage (I used turkey sausage)
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, until cooked through. Break up into pieces as you stir. Drain.
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Stir 2 times during cooking.
- Cook on low for 5 hrs. (Don’t over cook or pasta will get mushy.)
