Ingredients:
5 Tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Juice from 1 lemon
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoning salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
5 cups roasted peanuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients except peanuts.
- Cook over low heat for a few minutes to blend, then stir in peanuts.
- Transfer peanuts to a large, shallow baking pan and bake 10-15 minutes, stirring twice.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely, stirring occasionally.
