Grilled Peppers Stuffed with Creamy Swiss Cheese

Buy a bag of small sweet peppers, cut ’em in half and stuff ’em with a wedge of Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Cheese. Then grill ’em up and serve. I dare you not to eat them all.

Ingredients:
1 bag of small sweet peppers, assorted colors
2 wheels of Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling

Directions:

  • Rinse peppers. Cut in half length-wise. Remove seeds.
  • Stuff with a wedge of cheese.
  • Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  • Grill over medium heat until peppers begin to char on the bottom and cheese begins to get slightly gooey.
