Next time you need snacks or appetizers for guests, try this idea! It’s filled with fresh, healthy, delicious foods that everyone will enjoy. Isn’t it gorgeous? Mix and match with items you have on hand. The recipes for hummus and Greek cucumber yogurt dip are listed separately on the blog.

Ingredients:
Greek olives
Feta cheese
Bell peppers, sliced
Dried apricots, dates, and/or figs
Fresh green grapes
Pine nuts or Smokehouse almonds
Pita bread, toasted and cut into triangles
Pits chips
Hummus
Greek cucumber yogurt dip

Directions:

  • On a large serving platter, place small bowls of hummus, feta cheese, and yogurt dip.
  • Surround bowls with olives, carrots, and pita.
  • Set out small plates for guests to serve themselves. Enjoy!
