When planning dinner, don’t get stuck in the same old rut. Flip thru recipe books for inspiration. Walk down a different aisle in the grocery store to see what they have. Talk to friends about what they’re making. One of my favorite tricks is “brinner”–serving breakfast for dinner! There are so many delicious, filling breakfast meals that work great for dinner. Might I suggest three cheese quiche served with breakfast potatoes with bacon (found separately on this blog) for your next dinner???
