I first tasted this wonderful quiche at my friend Karen’s house for brunch. And I instantly loved it! It’s simple, light, and delicious. So thank you Karen, for making this recipe and for sharing it with me 🙂 Serve with Breakfast Potatoes with Bacon for breakfast or a Mixed Salad with Balsamic Dressing for lunch.
