Ranch Spinach Dip

November 1, 2009
Share

Here’s my favorite way to zest up an old classic! Serve this flavorful spinach dip with veggies, crackers, or thin slices of fresh baguette bread. Great for a casual appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix, dry
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  • Drain thawed spinach until almost all liquid is gone. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo and dry ranch dressing packet until well combined.
  • Mix in spinach and green onions.
  • Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
