Mediterranean Platter

Next time you need snacks or appetizers for guests, try this idea! It’s filled with fresh, healthy, delicious foods that everyone will enjoy. Serve with chilled white wine or ice tea with lemon slices. (The recipes for hummus and Greek cucumber yogurt dip are listed separately on the blog.)

Ingredients:
Green olives
Feta cheese, cubed
Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
Pita bread, toasted and cut into triangles
Hummus
Greek cucumber yogurt dip

Directions:

  • On a large serving platter, place small bowls of hummus, feta cheese, and yogurt dip.
  • Surround bowls with olives, carrots, and pita.
  • Set out small plates for guests to serve themselves. Enjoy!
