Tip: Baking Accuracy

I recommend measuring all baking ingredients very carefully. I used to think this was a waste of time, but now I see that it really does make a difference in the outcome of the baked good. Spoon flour into dry measuring cups (don’t scoop directly from the bag). Use liquid measuring cups for liquids, and fill on a flat surface (not while you’re holding the cup). Pack brown sugar into measuring cups, don’t leave it loose. You get the idea.
